I just created an abandoned cart email as well as an inactive customer email. I was wondering if they will send that email to all my past clients, or does this only track new abandoned charts from this point on?
Remarkety send emails to your shoppers that meet the conditions you set in the activity. For example, if you set the abandoned cart email to be sent 2 hours after the cart was abandoned, shoppers with carts that are older than 2 hours will not receive an email. Same goes for inactive customers.
Having said that, we are working now on a new feature that will allow you to send emails to past customers. Hopefully it will be available soon :)
