Email counter in newsletter show wrong number?

Q: I created a newsletter with the following condition:

"Customer has purchased product from specific category"

The email counter shows a lower number then I expected. I know that there are many more customers who bought from this category.

A: First save your work. You will want to return to finalizing the campaign, later on. 

In your Remarkety dashboard, got to Settings -> Store info. 

Make sure that the list of "Status types for completed orders" contains all the right  statuses. Once you did, make sure to click on the "Save" button before going back to the campaign editor.

Go back to to your saved newsletter and test it again.
