To increase the deliverability rate of your Remarkety emails (ie - decrease the chance that they will be automatically be marked as spam), it's a good practice to have an SPF record in place.
An SPF record is a simple DNS record which tells other email providers (such as gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) that Remarkety is authorized to send email on your behalf.
Remarkety uses SendGrid to send out emails. SendGrid has an excellent deliverability rate, and that's why we've chosen them as our provider. You can add the SPF record by following their instructions, but here's a short version. You need to be somewhat technical and understand how to manage the DNS records for your domain.
TXT entry needs to be added to your root domain:
v=spf1 a mx include:sendgrid.net ~all
If you already have an SPF record or would like to configure multiple services to send email on your behalf, we suggest looking at this website as well. Not for the faint of heart...
