Remarkety’s segmentation conditions are extensive and easy to implement, so you can seamlessly choose a single condition or combine a variety of conditions to target the right contacts for each campaign.

- Email address/contains does not contain text: This filter will only segment contacts with the a certain text included in their email address.

- Customer's address/contains does not contain text: This filter will only segment contacts with a certain text included in their billing address. For example, in case you like to segment all shoppers who's billing address is the Woolworth building.

***Special conditions inside the Customer Information section. Only relevant if you have Smile.io integrated to your Remarkety account:
- Customer's total reward points: This filter allows you to segment based on the number of reward points listed in the contact's profile. You can segment the contact list based on the exact amount of reward points ("="), NOT the exat amount of of reward points, more than (">"), less than ("<"), more/equal to ("=>"), or less/equal to ("=<").
- Customer is/is not in Smile.io rewards program: This filter will segment contacts who are either listed/not listed (based on your selection) in the Smile.io rewards program.
- Customer's Smile.io tier: This filter will segment contacts based on their current VIP Tier.

Customer's total spending without shipping: This filter will only segment contacts with orders and if their total spending amount (without shipping costs) equal, more, less, more/equal, less/equal, or not the selected value.
