When a shopper starts a checkout on your BigCommerce store but doesn't complete the transaction, a new order is created in the system with an "incomplete" status.
You can followup to recover and convert these "incomplete" orders by using an "Order follow-up" automation campaign with the following segmentation:
Since Remarkety is constantly syncing you BigCommerce data, we aware of the status of the order. If the customer completes the order, Remarkety will NOT send the followup email.
