BigCommerce incomplete order follow-up

When a shopper starts a checkout on your BigCommerce store, but doesn't complete it, a new order is created in the system with an "incomplete" status.

You can followup to recover and convert these "incomplete" orders by using an "Order follow-up" automation campaign with the following segmentation:

Since Remarkety is constantly syncing you BigCommerce data, we aware of the status of the order. If the customer completes the order, Remarkety will NOT send the followup email.

This is a simple way to work around the system for older Blueprint-themed users, and actually run an Abandoned Cart recovery campaign, even if you don't have this functionality.
