How do I add custom CSS to the email templates (V2 editor)?

This article is relevant to customer who still use the V2 editor or customers who prefer to create their own custom template from HTML/CSS.

In order to add custom CSS to the email template, it must be "escaped" so that Remarkety does not attempt to process the CSS definitions as tags.

To do so, wrap the CSS in the email with {literal}....{/literal} tags, like so:

{literal}
.... The CSS ....
{/literal}
