{customer_first_name} when first name is empty

In some cases, customers sign up with only email address, while first name and other details are optional. As a result, some of the followup welcome campaigns (for customer with no orders) don't have first name value.

This might affects the introduction line in the email: Dear {$shopper.firstName}, which doesn't look professional when there is an empty value in that field.

The way to handle this is by adding a simple default value to the tag. For example:

Dear {$shopper.firstName|default:'Club member'},
