Hi, I've added the tag for "view in browser" to one of our email campaigns and sent myself a test email, but when clicked it goes to a blank page. Why is that?
Answer:
The view in browser link won't work in test mode. When you use the "Send a Test Email" option, the tags won't be activated because your campaign isn't being sent to a list just yet.
But as long as you use this tag {$viewInBrowserUrl} in your link, there should not be an issue.
The editor will let you add a link with this tag to any text automatically.
