Question:
Is it possible for customers to click a button in our email so they can call our phone number. Can I do that in Remarkety? If so, then How?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible.
New Editor:
Option A:
You can add the phone number to our CTA button as a link
Use case:
1. Drag a CTA button to your campaign editor.
2. Click once inside the CTA button's content block - you will notice how the side-menu will adjust to cater to the CTA button.
3. Change the action to "Make a call" and then type in the phone number you like your email recipients to call to.
V2 editor:
Option A:
You can add the phone number to our CTA button as a link
Use case:
1. Drag a CTA button to your campaign editor.
2. Click once inside the CTA button's text. A text editing menu bar will then appear, click on the "inset/edit link" button (looks like a chain-link).
3. Add the telephone number you wish to link the customer to and click OK.
Option B:
You can add the following HTML snippet inside our source code window:
<a href="tel:XXXXXXXXXX">Call Us</a>
Use case:
1. Drag a CTA button to your campaign editor.
2. Click once inside the CTA button's text. A text editing menu bar will then appear, click on the "<>" button (source code).
3. Add the HTML snippet correctly (between exactly;" and </div>) and press OK. For the example below, I am using a FAKE telephone number.
It is highly recommended to first send yourself a test email to make sure the link is set up correctly before sending out a campaign.
