Remarkety's Products Purchased Report

The Purchases Report in Remarkety shows which products were purchased as a result of your email campaign. It helps evaluate whether the product recommendations in your emails directly influence purchases or whether they serve as a gateway to other products on your website.

How It Works

This report is generated based on customer purchases that are attributed to a specific email campaign. It tracks the products bought in each order and provides a detailed breakdown, showing:

  • Product Title
  • Product SKU
  • Quantity Purchased
  • Vendor

  • Product Thumbnail image

Seeing which products were purchased as a result of the campaign is useful for several reasons, it helps you:

  1. Evaluate Product Recommendation Performance

    • See if the recommended products in your email are being purchased.

    • Understand customer preferences based on the email's featured products.

  2. Understand Customer Buying Behavior

    • Determine whether customers purchase other items beyond the recommended products.

    • Compare the products purchased to your campaign's click report to get a clearer picture of your customers' shopping behaviors.
  3. Optimize Future Campaigns

    • Adjust product recommendations based on past purchase trends.

    • Refine your targeting strategy to highlight best-selling or complementary products.

High purchase rates for featured products indicate effective recommendations.

Purchases of unrelated products suggest that the email successfully brought customers to the site, but they were more interested in other items.

Low purchase rates overall might suggest a need to adjust product selection, email design, or targeting strategy.

How to Access the Report

  1. Log in to your Remarkety account.

  2. Navigate to the Reports section.

  3. Select the email campaign you want to analyze.

  4. Click on the Purchases tab to view the report.

By leveraging the Products Purchased Report, you can continuously refine your email marketing strategy to drive more sales and improve customer engagement.
