To create a new Remarkety account for a separate store in addition to your existing account, please follow these steps:
Please note: only the ADMIN user will have the access to add a new store to Remarkety.
1. Inside your Remarkety dashboard, click on the store name, located on the upper-right-corner of the page, and select Manage Stores.
2. Inside the Manage Stores page, click on the Connect A New Store button.
3. Once the Connect A New Store button is selected, a popup window will appear where you will need to input the full URL of the new store and the eCommerce platform.
Click on the Start Setup button.
If your store is connected to one of our supported platforms, you will be directed to the setup process that integrates the eCommerce to the new Remarkety account. You can read about connecting our supported platforms here.
