How to Use the Email and SMS Subscription Popup Form

Create a new Popup:

  1. From the left menu, click on the "Popups" menu item.
  2. Click "Create New".
  3. Select the "Design" or "Popup Templates" tabs to choose from a variety of templates or create your own design using the drag-and-drop editor.
  4. Edit the email and SMS opt-in form (if needed).
  5. Set the options for your popup (see below).
  6. Don't forget to click "Save".
  7. Copy and paste the JS code into your website's main page. Make sure to add it just before the end </body> tag.

  1. Name Your Popup: Give your popup a unique name to easily identify and manage it.
  2. Enable the Popup: Toggle the switch to activate or deactivate the popup on your website.
  3. Set the Trigger
    • When a visitor arrives on the page: Show the popup immediately when the visitor lands.
      After a delay of X ms: Display the popup after a specified delay.
    • When a visitor tries to exit the page: Trigger the popup when the user’s mouse moves towards the browser’s close button.
    • When a visitor scrolls X percent down the page: Show the popup after the user scrolls a certain percentage.
    • Show Once Per User: Enable this to ensure the popup only appears once per user session.
  4. Configure Device Targeting
    • Show on desktop: Display the popup on desktop devices.
    • Show on mobile: Display the popup on mobile devices.

  5. Set URL Targeting
    • All pages: Display the popup on every page of your website.
    • Show on URL that contains one of:
      • Show the popup on URLs with specified keywords.
      • Do not show on URL that contains one of: Exclude the popup from URLs with specified keywords.

    • Popup Position: Choose where the popup will appear on the screen (e.g., center-center).
    • Text alignment in form inputs: Adjust the text alignment within the form fields (left, center, right).

  7. Customize the Success Message: Use the rich text editor to create a personalized message that users will see after successfully submitting the form.
  8. Other Settings:
    • Enable Double-Optin: Require users to confirm their subscription via email to ensure valid sign-ups and improve engagement.
    • Assign a tag to new subscribers: Automatically tag new subscribers for easier segmentation.
    • Popup close button color: Customize the close button color to match your website’s design.
