What is the relationship between the conditions in the campaign?

Remarkety campaigns are comprised of a set of conditions for sending a message, as well as the message itself. The conditions define the exact targeting of the message - who will receive or won't receive the specific campaign.

Understanding the relationship between the conditions on the same campaign is crucial for targeting the required audience.

Different conditions have an AND relationship

All the conditions in the campaign have an AND relationship which means that all conditions must be filled in order for the customer to receive this email.

For example, lets say you are an electronics vendor and you wish to send an Order Follow-up email to customers who purchased a product from the "Shop Christmas" category AND also purchased a product from the "Fashion Fantasy" category. In this case you will create 2 conditions for this campaign:

1. Customer has purchased product from category Shop Christmas

2. Customer has purchased product from category Fashion Fantasy

Different values within the same condition have an OR relationship

Staying with the above example, if you wish to send the Order Follow-up email to customers who purchased a product from the "Cell phones" category OR to customers who purchased purchased a product from the "Electronics" category, you will need to create only one condition and put both categories in the same condition (comma separated):

Customer has purchased product from category Shop Christmas, Fashion Fantasy
